Women of OpenStack Working Session

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

We ran a survey between Summits asking the women who are active in the OpenStack community: who are we and what do we want to do? In this working session, we will be sharing the results of the survey and then breaking into working teams to discuss and address specific topics. While we do want to work with our male counterparts on solving these issues collaboratively, for this session we invite women first. Of course we'll ask men to join our cause, especially once we identify next steps. We'll have some deep discussions on next actions for the ideas our survey generated: networking at and between Summits, educational or technical workshops for students, career planning, and mentoring or coaching with women and men. All topics are important; please come to the session to deep dive on the topics closest to your heart and mind.
