NeCTAR is partnering with Australian research organisations to build a nationally federated research cloud platform to support collaborative research. We also fund programs to deploy research-domain oriented collaborative environments on the NeCTAR cloud.

My own personal history includes various stints in experimental particle physics, grid computing, educational software and now eResearch. I am currently the Director of the NeCTAR project, based at the University of Melbourne.
