Jonathan (Qiang Guo) Tong has been with IBM since 2004. He is now the development lead for the IBM cloud offering. His technical expertise is in Openstack, KVM, Java/Java EE, DevOps, CI/CD, Globalization. He is the organizer of the Openstack meet-up in Shanghai.
